Really disappointing. I booked a massage, got to the shop and they didn't even know about my booking. I had to show my confirmation on my phone 3 times. I felt like i was the one in the wrong by being there. Very uncomfortable.
I was then told there wasn't anyone available as i should be able to make the booking on treatwell for that day.
They said they would process a refund and i still havent received it.

Sarah is very experienced. She knows how to relief areas of pain and soreness. The massage was relaxing as well. Thanks a lot, Sarah!

My muscles were tight so it was a Swedish / Thai combo massage. Very pleasant. Recommend.
